(Omits a section of Park Crescent and Albert Road). Alternative bus stop: Cambridge Road, near Allerton Road and Lord Street, near Union Street, stop GB. • From Southport/Duke Street/Liverpool will be as normal routes to Lord Street, then via Hill Street, Hoghton Street, Queens Road, Park Crescent, Cambridge Road, then as normal route to Preston Bus Station. (Omits a section of Lord Street, Albert Road and a section of Park Crescent). Alternative bus stop: Southport Interchange, Lord Street, stop FA and Cambridge Road, near Brunlees Court.

Wadsley Lane at it's junction of Worrall Road and in the direction of Worrall Road only at it's junction with Middlewood Road is temporarily closed for unannounced line painting works. Services 57A, 61, 62 are subject to diversion.

Service 57A towards Stocksbridge to divert via Wadsley Lane, Middlewood Road, Middlewood Road North, Langsett Road South. Service 57A towards Sheffield to divert via Langsett Road South, Middlewood Road North, Middlewood Road. Service 57A is unable to serve Worrall or Wadsley at this time. Services 61 and 62 to divert via Ben Lane in both directions.

Bath Road (A4) has a contraflow operating between West Town Lane (A4174) and Runnymead Avenue as the inbound lane has been closed for roadworks. Outbound right turn lane used for contraflow for inbound lane. Expect long delays and plan ahead.
