Due to roadworks, Coxford Road will be closed between Dunkirk Road and Dunvegan Drive from Monday 21st September until Friday 2nd October.

Due to gas mains replacement, Fair Oak Road will be closed between the junction with B3037 Alan Drayton Way and Haig Road from Monday 21st September. Work is expected to take approximately 12 weeks with completion anticipated by Friday 11th December.

Warbreck Moor, between Walton Vale and Caldy Road, will be closed from Monday 21 September 2026 for approximately 5 days.

Services 214 and 741 • From Walton Hall Park (Cavendish Drive) will be as normal routes to Walton Vale, then via Longmoor Lane, Hall Lane, Warbreck Moor, then as normal routes to Walton Hall Park (Lavender Way)/Maghull High School. (Omits a section of Warbreck Moor). Alternative bus stop: Orrell Park Interchange, Orrell Lane, near Walton Vale, stop C and Warbreck Moor, opposite Albany Road.

Regent Road, between Saltney Street and Dublin Street, will be closed from Monday 21 September 2026 for approximately 12 days.

Service 2 • From Liverpool One Bus Station will be as normal route to Georges Dock Gates, then via New Quay, King Edward Street, Leeds Street, Vauxhall Street, Boundary Street, Blackstone Street, Regent Road, then as normal route to Sandhills Merseyrail Station/Sandhills Lane. (Omits Saint Nicholas Place, Princes Parade, William Jessop Way, Waterloo Road and a section of Regent Road). Alternative bus stop: Liverpool One Bus Station, stand 4 and Regent Road, near Wellington Dock. • From Sandhills Merseyrail Station/Sandhills Lane will be as normal route to Regent Road, then via Blackstone Street, Great Howard Street, King Edward Street, New Quay, Georges Dock Gates, then as normal route to Liverpool One Bus Station. (Omits a section of Regent Road, Waterloo Road, William Jessop Way, Princes Parade and Saint Nicholas Place. Alternative bus stop: Sandhills Interchange, Sandhills Lane, near Half Crown Street, stop A.

Bridle Road (towards Netherton Way) will be closed from Monday 21 September 2026 until further notice to facilitate Active Travel Scheme.

Services 58 and 58A • From Liverpool will be unaffected. • From Netherton will be as normal routes to Park Lane West, then via Dunnings Bridge Road, Netherton Way, Park Lane, then as normal route to Liverpool. (Omits Park Lane and Bridle Road). Alternative bus stop: Park Lane West, opposite Stand Park Avenue and Netherton Way, near Bridle Road.

Cook Street will be closed from Monday 21 September 2026 for approximately 19 days.

Services 407 and 437 • From West Kirby will be as normal route to Whitechapel then terminate services at this point. (Omits Crosshall Street, Dale Street, North John Street, Lord Street, Castle Street and Cook Street). • From Liverpool services will commence service from Sir Thomas Street, then as normal routes to West Kirby. (Omits Cook Street and Victoria Street). Alternative bus stop: Sir Thomas Street, stand SC. Services 432, 433, 464, 471 and 472 • From New Brighton/New Ferry/Heswall will be as normal routes to Whitechapel, then terminate service at this point. (Omits Crosshall Street, Dale Street, North John Street, Lord Street, Castle Street and Cook Street). • From Liverpool services will commence from Sir Thomas Street, then as normal routes to New Brighton/New Ferry/Heswall. (Omits Cook Street and Victoria Street). Alternative bus stop: Sir Thomas Street, stand SD.
