Road closure on Chywoon Hill, Newlyn

Due to a road closure for Cormac works on Chywoone Hill a temporary timetable will be in operation on service 1 and 1A on weekdays From Penzance - https://www.transportforcornwall.co.uk/services/TFCN/1?date=2026-09-07&direction=outbound From Lands End - https://www.transportforcornwall.co.uk/services/TFCN/1?date=2026-09-07&direction=inbound Buses will divert via St Buryan between Penzance and Chywoone Avenue. The afternoon school buses are not affected.

Due to roadworks, the bus stop at Sir George's Road on Shirley Road will be closed heading towards Shirley between the hours o 09:30 and 15:30 from Monday 14th September until Wednesday 16th September. A temporary bus stop will not be sited for this closure, please use an alternative stop.

Due to roadworks, Rownhams Road will be closed between Rownhams Lane and Botley Road between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 from Monday 14th September until Wednesday 23rd September.

Due to roadworks, Rownhams Road will be closed between Rownhams Lane and Botley Road between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 from Monday 14th September until Wednesday 23rd September. The Bluestar 5 will operate its normal route as far as Botley Road and then divert via Firgrove Road and Rownhams Lane to continue to its normal route. The Bluestar 4 will divert along Rownhams Lane. The diversions will operate in both directions.

Holt Road (Northbound only), between Edge Lane and Brae Street, on Monday 14 September 2026, between 0930 and 1530.

Service 27 • From Liverpool One Bus Station will be as normal route to Durning Road, then via Edge Lane, Beech Street, Sheil Road, then as normal route to Liverpool One Bus Station. (Omits Holt Road and a section of Kensington). Alternative bus stop: Durning Road, near Royston Street and Sheil Road, near Prescot Road.

From 0930 On Monday 14 September Until 1530 On Wednesday 16 September 2026 (0930 - 1530 Each Day for 3 Days) Wadsley Lane will be temporarily closed for Carriageway resurfacing works. Service 58 is subject to diversion.

Service 58 to divert via Dykes Hall Road in both directions.
