T1. Beech. Reduce lateral spread of tree on NW by 2-2.5 metres to reduce overhang over care home. 2. Reduce height of tree by 4 metres. 3. Reduce Lateral spread on SE side over access way by 2 metres. Tree significantly shades the care home and overhangs access way and residential accomodation. Care home would like to reduce shading and reduce risk of branches falling on care home or accessway. T 2-8. Beech. Reduce lateral spread all trees on NW side over care home by 2.5 - 3.5 metres to prevent them from overhanging care home. 2. Reduce height of all trees by 4- 4.5 metres 3. Reduce lateral spread on SE side over car park by 2.5 metres. These 8 trees dominate the front of care home and significantly shade the front of property. Branches overhang the roof and there is evidence on the roof where branches have rubbed the tiles. Care home wants to reduce risk to roof of care home accomodation by reducing the overhang. Care home want to reduce risk to residents and visitors by reducing overhang over car parking area. T9-16. Beech. Tree is at the main vehicle entrance to care home. Care home are concerned about risk of Ash DB and risk presented if branches fail that over hang entrance. T18 -20. Beech . Reduce lateral spread on NW side over carpark/ entrance way by 2.5-3 metres. 2. Reduce height of all trees by 4.5 metres 3. Reduce lateral spread of beech trees on SE side over road by 3 metres. Reduce height by 2.5 metres. To maintain tree longevity and ensure it does not out grow its position within garden. T25. Horse Chestnut. Reduce lateral spread by 2.75 metres throughout on all four cardinal points N/S/E/W. Reduce height by 2.5 metres. Reduce height by 3.5 metres. Tree is very large and works would mitigate risk of tree catching high winds causing branches or tree to fail.
