Non-Material Amendment for full planning permission 25/AP/0550 dated 02/05/2025 for proposed amendment relates solely to the finish of the external louvres. The approved Anodised 541 Pale Umber finish is proposed to be replaced with an epoxy-coated finish in RAL 7032 Pebble Grey. The proposed louvre system will retain the same arrangement, profile, dimensions and location as approved. The amendment is therefore limited to the surface finish and colour of the louvres.
