Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness of proposed works to a Listed Building - Works include strip out of the Tenant fit-out and alterations to the third and fourth floor office suites to include removal of floor finishes, stud partitions, kitchenettes and the like. Reinstatement of the floor plates to open plan office accommodation to provide consistent floor finishes, lighting and decorations throughout, together with capped services to kitchenette positions. The works also comprise replacement of finishes to the WCs to include replacement of the vanity and cubicles to modernise the existing installations. Localised repairs, preparation and redecorations will be undertaken to the timber casement windows to the third floor.
