T13 is approximately 14m & is in close proximity to Propety with several branches overhanging the property. Future landscaping plans are unable to continue with tree in the way. Tree offers poor amenity value to the garden and client would rather keep the cedar behind& give that more room to grow. Client is happy to replant trees in the garden in a more suitable location or move the TPO over to another tree.
