What is being proposed?
This application seeks confirmation that a material operation (within the meaning of s56(4) of the Act) has been lawfully carried out with respect to the planning permission 23/01568/FUL (as amended), so as to satisfy condition 1 (time limit) of the planning permission. Confirmation is therefore requested that on the basis that Phase 2 of planning permission 23/01568/FUL (as amended) has commenced within 12 months of completion of Phase 1 that Phase 2 and the remaining works approved under Phase 3 and 4 are extant and can be undertaken in accordance with the approved documentation at any stage in future.
