What is being proposed?
REAR GARDEN: 1 x Mimosa (T1) - Reduce crown by approx. 1.5m - 1.7m all around creating a balanced natural smaller crown structure. Ensure the retention of ample furnishing growth. Thin crown density by approx. 30% to include the removal of several crossing and overcrowded branches in the upper crown structure. 1 x Portuguese Laurel (T2) - Thin upper/main crown density by approx. 25%, removing several more mature stems within the main crown to create a more open crowned tree like structure. Remove secondary stem to create single stemmed specification. 1 x Bay (T3) - Reduce back to previous and most recent reduction points, approx. 1.2m all round. Remove epicormic growth from the main stems. 1 x Tibetan Cherry (T5) - Tip prune to reduce back to previous points of reduction, up to approx. 0.6m. Retain main break scaffold in its current form and reassess the tree in 2027. 2 x Cypress (Pencil Pines) (T6 & T7) - Tip prune wayward branches to tidy crown line where required, secure branches which shield dead interior back into the main crown structure using ties/wire. 1 x Magnolia (T8) - Tip prune to reduce by up to 1.2m.
