What is being proposed?
Notification of works to trees in a Conservation Area - Multistem Willow to be repollarded to a height of roughly 60ft to avoid wind throw, and ease of maintenance going forward. There is decay visible on one stem closest to the fence due to a previous limb fail. Tear marks are visible. I propose that stem be brought down to a lower level of 30ft to avoid possible failure.
