What is being proposed?
T1 - Oak - fell a low hanging branch as indicated in actual photograph of tree (outline on image shows the only section we wish to fell, nothing further). Reason for work: erecting a permanent wooden climbing frame in the garden, the branch encroaches enforced safety area surrounding climbing frame. We wish to avoid risk of branch harming a child or worse a child trying to reach for the branch.
