Excavation to enlarge existing basement and erection of a single-storey rear/side extension and first floor oriel window rear extension. The proposed works are in connection with the creation of a new one bedroom flat within the second floor. It is also proposed to re-configure the existing flats into a three bedroom flat along the proposed basement and ground floor and a two bedroom flat along the first floor.) to allow the omission of the basement level; Omission of the glazed roof and replace with two rooflights to the ground floor rear of Flat A; Minor internal amendments to the upper floors; resulting tof the second floor flat (Flat C reduced by 3.0sqm; entrance door to the second floor flat (Flat C) relocated to the top of the communal staircase and the flank wall of Bedroom 3 (Flat A) projecting further by1060mm into the courtyard.
