What is being proposed?
Amendments to planning permission dated 14th May 2024 (RN: 23/05567/FULL) for, "Use of the building as a private members club (sui generis) with external alterations including the replacement of windows and doors; installation of plant with screening and a new rooflight at main roof level and plant within a rear lightwell at third floor level; and erection of a rear extension at first and second floor levels"; Namely, Use of the door to Soho Street as an outward opening door, increase in the width of the above referenced door to Soho Street by way of omitting the side panels, amendments to Soho Square door and overpanel (DX11) to match doors to Soho Street in terms of detailing and materials, dimensions of skylight to main roof reduced slightly (with no associated increase in height), replacement of the metal balustrades to windows at 2nd floor level on the Soho Square and Soho Street elevations, adjustment to the line of plant screen at the rear of the approved enclosure at roof level (to enable provision of required clearance distances around plant) and omission of planting and rooftop generator moved to sit on top of the lift overrun.
