What is being proposed?

Gentle steam clean throughout to rejuvenate brick surfaces and improve the outlook of the building and localised brick replacement/repairs; pointing repairs; Rainwater goods: remove, refurbish and repaint in black; Balconies: clean walking surfaces with hot water steam and apply liquid membrane (colour dark grey), remove loose & flaking surfaces from railings and redecorate with black gloss paint to match; Pitched roofs: fully renew with new Welsh slates to match original, relay lead gutters, leadwork associated with the re-roofing including dormers, aprons and flashings will be also renewed; Windows and doors: repair frames and redecorate; High level parapets: new lead capping over existing mortar capping where not already existing; Gables: new lead capping over over existing mortar capping to 2 gables; and Chimneys: repairs including renewing the flaunching in matching mortar, replacing cracked pots, brickwork repairs, repairs and repointing of cracked corbels.
