What is being proposed?
ONE Holm Oak (T1) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 1m from 8m to 7m, LATERALS by 1m from 5m to 4m on all compass points. Remove as much dead rose growth from within the crown as possible, retaining any live rose.
