Providing minimum 1.5m clearance from building on W compass point. REASON: To provide clearance from building. ONE Elder tree (T11)(Part of G1 in TPO) POLLARD back to previous points by 2.5m from 4.5m to 2m. ONE Eucalyptus tree (T12) Ht 5m LATERAL REDUCTION back to boundary by 2m from 2m to 0m on NE compass point. REAR: FIVE Lombardy Poplar trees (G4)(Part of G3 in TPO) CROWN REDUCTION Ht by 8m from 16m to 8m Spread by 2m from 3m to 1m. REPOLLARD smaller Poplar on the E end of the group to previous points by 10m from 14m to 4m. Remove epicormic growth from old stumps. REASON: To reduce sail effect and minimise chances of failure. TWO Mixed species (1 Sycamore & 1 Oak trees) (G8) CROWN LIFT to 2.5m above ground level. Trim other shrubs & hedge cut privet back hard & top into shape. REASON: To allow access for mowers. ONE Elder tree (T3) Ht 6m FELL to ground level & treat stump. REASON: Due to tree growing onto building and causing damage. FIVE Lombardy Poplar trees (T4, T5, T6, T7, T8)(Part of G3 in TPO) Ht 13-16m FELL to 3m leaving the stem standing as habitat REASON: Due to extreme hollowness in stems. ONE Oak tree (T9)(T3 in TPO) CROWN REDUCTION Ht by 3m from 16m to 13m Spread by 3m from 5m to 2m. REASON: To minimise leaf litter onto astroturf.
