T1 Ash - Rear LHB. - To reduce the height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 2m maintaining a natural shape. Remove major deadwood. H13 Photinia - Front boundaries - To reduce the height by up to 1m, shaping accordingly, trimming both sides to create a tight and compact hedge. T2 Lawson Cypress - Rear LHB - To reduce the overall height by up to 1m and to trim and shape the remaining canopy to create a more compact and balanced form. T4 Yew - Rear LHB Rear - To reduce the overall height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 1m maintaining a natural shape. Remove major deadwood. T6 ? Laburnum - to reduce the height of the canopy by up to 2.5m and to shape the remaining canopy accordingly. Remove major deadwood. T8 Buddleia - Towards rear boundary - To reduce the overall height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 3m, (approximately 50%) cutting back to appropriate growing points where possible. Remove major deadwood. T10 & T11 Pittosporum Rear RHB - To reduce the overall height by up to 2m and to trim and shape the remaining canopy to create a more compact and balanced form. T14 (Cupressus Macrocarpa) Monterey Cypress - Front garden - To reduce the overall height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 1m maintaining a natural shape. Remove major deadwood. T15 Birch - Front boundary. Crown Reduction - To reduce the overall height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 1m maintaining a natural shape. Remove major deadwood. (EXEMPT dead trees - T3 Dead Tree ? Rear LHB - FELL, T7- Dead Laburnum ? FELL - These tree will require replacement)
