APPLICATION FOR DISCHARGE OF CONDITION 4 (CONSTRUCTION METHOD STATEMENT) AND 5 (TREE PROTECTION) ATTACHED TO LBM PLANNING PERMISSION 23/P2910 AND CONDITION 6 (CONSTRUCTION METHOD STATEMENT) OF 23/P1562, RELATING TO THE APPLICTION FOR THE PROPOSED ERECTION OF FOUR NEW STRUCTURAL PIERS TO BOUNDARY WALL AND; APPLICTION FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT IN RESPECT OF THE PROPOSED WORKS TO INSTALL MASONRY PIERS BEHIND THE WALL, ON WITHIN THE MORDEN HALL PARK SITE, TO ADD ADDITIONAL STABILITY TO THE BOUNDARY WALL. THE WALL IS CURRENTLY BULGING TOWARDS THE PUBLIC FOOTPATH OUTSIDE THE PARK. TEMPORARY STEEL SUPPORT SYSTEMS ARE IN PLACE CURRENTLY. THE MASONRY PIERS WILL FORM PERMANENT SUPPORT.
