T1-Oak Previously crown reduced with extensive sections of regrowth. Encroaching on neighbouring property on the Northern canopy side. Large overweight lateral limb on the Eastern canopy side. Suggested works are to reduce all aspects back to the previous pruning points, approximately 2-3m from branch tips. Selectively reduce Eastern canopy side to lessen end weight, back to a suitable growth point of no less than one third of parent branch. Raise canopy height to statutory height and ensure sufficient clearance over road, footpath and from neighbouring property.
