Details required by Conditions 4 (works to match - sample panels required); 5) Prior to commencement of window repair works, a window repair specification including decision-making criteria for repair techniques depending on the condition of each window, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved specification; 6) Prior to installation, typical details showing how the proposed new secondary glazing will be installed, including fixing details, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Refurbishment of all external joinery, including doors, windows and timber louvres. Replacement or refurbishment of windows as required. Secondary glazing to all windows in scope. Repointing of mortar to all elevations as required. Repointing of all chimneys. Resin repairs to stone cills as required. Refurbishment or replacement of guttering and downpipes as required with cast aluminium gutters/pipework)
