What is being proposed?
T1 Horse Chestnut: All work is only for one side of the tree, which is the property 4 parkwood avenue, which backs onto the property of the owner of the tree. concerned with the ever growing size of the tree and how much it over hangs their property. So I am applying to crown lift the tree upto 10metres from ground level on his side and reduce over hanging branches in the canopy of the tree to appropriate growth points, reducing the branches by no more than 2metres.
