Changes to fenestration. Addition of ASHP to roof shown. Changes to buildings materials. Ground floor commercial unit to include all other Class E uses (Commercial, business and service).) to allow: Alterations to proposed window sizes to Northcote Road and Bennerley Road across 1st and 2nd floor levels; Removal of plant enclosure to 2nd floor terrace area and repositioning of 1.7m obscure glazed terrace screening; Increase in party wall parapet height at the junction with no. 76 Northcote Road to align with the existing parapet height between 76 and 74 Northcote Road; Relocation of the proposed AOV from the 2nd to 3rd floor level on the West elevation; Update to signage band detailing to include a pressed metal flashing along top and bottom junctions, aligning with other proposed metalwork finishes across all elevations.
