Single storey rear extension which would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 4m, for which the maximum height would be 3.5m, and for which the height of the eaves would be 2.6m.
T1: Part of an old conifer hedge, to be replaced with a Prunus lusitanica hedge (quoted between 2m and 4m for immediate screening) as per the attached survey and planting plan. We plan to replace these with a row of Pyrus calleryana 'Chanticleer' (minimum girth 12-14cm), which is much more in keeping with the property's style.
