T1: Part of an old conifer hedge, to be replaced with a Prunus lusitanica hedge (quoted between 2m and 4m for immediate screening) as per the attached survey and planting plan. It is impossible to remove one without damaging and undermining the other, and the Pittosporum needs to be removed for highway safety. We plan to replace these with a row of Pyrus calleryana 'Chanticleer' (minimum girth 12-14cm), which is much more in keeping with the property's style.
