1 Tree (Red cedar :Thuja plicata) to be taken down as has lost all colour in its leaves. The owner of the property is worried it may fallonto a parked car or even the footpath running below it. There is alsoa smaller Red Cedar growing next it the tree to be taken down. By taking down the proposed tree will allow more light and room for the smaller tree.
Multi stemmed conifer (T1) on corner of property also bordering No8. Proposed to remove tree due to lack of amenity value, the fact that itis mature in age and starting to decline and of weak structure and posing a possible risk to the traffic and pedestrians using the road below

Non-material amendment to planning permission 250545 (Proposed demolition of existing bungalow and the erection of a pair of semi detached dormer bungalows with solar pv and air source heat pumpsand a single garage) - amend the wording of Condition 5 to allow for the demolition of the existing bungalow.
