If required to retain a balanced natural crown, crown thin by up to 10% and reduce height/spread by up to 1.5m. T2 Horse Chestnut: Reduce overhanging laterals back to suitable growth points t, or as close as reasonably practical to. If required to avoid an unbalanced crown after boundary reduction crown thin by up to 15% and reduce crown height/spread by up to 1.5m.

T2 Beech: Reduce lateral branches overhanging gardens at woodlands court by approx 1.5 to 2m, from 6m to 4/4.5m to suitable growth points to reduce excessive shading.
G1 Sycamore reduce the lateral branches tending toward the property to give 2m clearance
T1 Maple - Reduce the overall height of the tree and carry out a crown reduction by pruning back the canopy to provide suitable clearance from the buildings while maintaining a balanced natural shape. G1 Sycamores - Reduce the height by taking the tops out and prune back the longer lateral branches to lessen the overhang, maintaining a balanced canopy and suitable clearance. The maple has previously suffered storm damage, with several branches snapping off. It is now growing over the garden studio and extending towards the house. Reduce the overall height of the tree and carry out a crown reduction by pruning back the canopy to provide suitable clearance from the buildings while maintaining a balanced natural shape. Remove any damaged or defective branches as part of the works. G1 ? Sycamores The group of sycamores is causing excessive shading to the flats on the back lane and is overhanging the rear access lane (glebe terrace). Reduce the height by taking the tops out and prune back the longer lateral branches to lessen the overhang, maintaining a balanced canopy and suitable clearance.
T1 - Sycamore: To reduce the lower large limb over hanging the road on the south west aspect of the sycamore tree by approximatly 2m-3m. To reduce the limb on the eastern aspect of the sycamore tree directly above from the failed limb by approximatly 1.5m-2m. To reduce the lower large limb on the northen aspect of the sycamore tree by approximatly 2m-3m. To remove any significant dead wood with in the canopy.
