A mix of small to medium self seeded T1 to T9, Ash, Sycamore and Holly to remove to ground and treat base. Directly behind we have T10 and 11, a larger Ash and Pine which will be reduced by approximately 3 metres and shaped. There are two mature beech trees at the bottom of my garden which are in the conservation area. They have grown very tall and one overhangs my neighbour?s garden. I would like to top the trees and allow my neighbour to reduce two branches which overhang her garden as she is worried they may break off and fall on her grandchildren. We are applying for the complete removal of a single, large, multi-stemmed (3?4 main trunks) Leylandii conifer. The tree is no longer suitable for its location and has become a matter of structural damage to the garden wall and untidy dropping of dead brown debris to the public footpath and the neighbouring property. The tree's substantial root system is lifting and destroying the adjacent public footpath. The tree is suffering from branch dieback. The multiple trunks shed significant quantities of needle-like brown debris directly onto the public pavement and neighbouring properties. The lateral root expansion is actively destabilising and cracking the garden boundary wall. It is structurally impossible to repair or rebuild this wall without severing the tree's primary structural roots, which would critically compromise the tree's stability over the public highway. Because Leylandii trees do not regenerate from brown old wood, any attempt to hard-prune or cut back its width to a manageable boundary would result in a permanently dead, brown, and unsightly fa?ade, severely damaging the visual amenity of the area. To enhance the character of the conservation area, we propose completely removing the tree and replacing it by nurturing existing, and where necessary planting new, hornbeam hedging at approximately 2.5 meters high, to match all other external hornbeam hedge boundries between properties on Leegate Close. Work as follows T1. Small Rowan front of property, light prune, 60cm from height 5 percent thin S1. Japanese spindle to remove and poison. T2. Diseased Apple tree to remove and poison (S1 and T2 are also far too close to the structure. T3. Small ailing conifer to remove to ground *Ivy hedge across bottom of garden borough down by 3 ft. T4. Medium holly tree wedged behind shed to be reshaped and brought down by approximately 3 ft to blend with the hedge. T5. Conifer too close to structure, medium size, causing obstruction, foliage leaning on house, blocking the gutter, ridiculously placed, removed to ground, worried about subsidence and the drains also. H1. Large conifer hedge spanning the left side of the property, approximately 18ft, to be brought down by 4ft, shaped and faced up both sides, maintain beauty and privacy. H2. Seperate conifer hedge left hand side front and part side around driveway, this had been damaged in the past, we are lifting all the dead upto the green foliage to create a neat and straight line hedge. T1 to 8. To the rear boundary of 7 Pinewood close we have a row of 8 self seeded trees, small to medium, up against the fence and causing problems pushing the fence over, completely blocking the light, making a mess of the garden with sap and bird droppings, Vince of number 7 Pinewood close has sought permission from 18 Mauldeth road to remove these trees. X4 Sycamore X4 Holly Mixture of shrubs. HAR/CA21, TPO 9N.
T1. Self seeded sycamore, small, struggling under other canopies up against fence and overhanging, remove to ground level. T2. Very large, mature Ash tree, one side is completely overhanging 4 pinewood close and it's far too big for being just metres from the property, we are to prune back overhanging branches, and reduce the height by 5 metres, dead wood and thin crown by 15 percent. T3. Dead Sycamore stem, covered in ivy to remove. These trees lie in tithe barn school lane, my customer lives at 4 pinewood close, he has permission to perform works to the trees and to submit this application. HAR/CA21.
