Tree 1 and Tree 2 – Fell both trees to near ground level due to their growth/root pressure causing movement and damage to the adjacent brick boundary wall. Following felling, treat the remaining stumps with an appropriate stump treatment to prevent regrowth. Both trees are located at the front of the property and are causing pressure and movement to the adjacent brick wall, resulting in structural damage. Removal is proposed to prevent further damage and allow the wall to be repaired or rebuilt safely.
Proposed remediation works including replacement of existing AOV curtain wall systems and installation of fire stopping to north and south elevations, application of intumescent coating to external balcony access steelwork, new solid external balustrade to balcony access and completion of service riser remedial works.
Proposed remediation works to replace existing timber cladding, render façade, terracotta cladding, spandrel panels, balcony decking, Brise Soleil and AOV windows with new non-combustible materials to all elevations, associated fire stopping, cavity barriers and drainage and gas distribution remedial works.
