Preparation uses a shared source check. Busy sources or larger areas may need the next scheduled collection. No alerts are enabled or emails sent by this step.
These rules were checked at the search location (NG3 5EN). They do not necessarily apply to every address in the results area.
These describe protections or restrictions on the location. They are not planning applications or council decisions.
These are planning protections or restrictions that apply at the location we checked. They can affect what you are allowed to build, alter or demolish. The number beside a heading simply tells you how many overlapping map records were found — it is not a rating and it is not the number of planning applications.
This location is inside Mapperley Park and Alexandra Park. Conservation areas can mean tighter rules for changes to the outside of a property, trees and demolition.
