Amendment to an existing permissionAwaiting decision
Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 11 reference 18/6409/RMA dated 11th April 2019 (as amended by 25/1541/NMA dated 12 August 2025) pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The application seeks to amend conditions: 1, 9, 10, and 14 of the Plot 11 RMA. The following key changes would result: - Removal of the bridge link between Building 11N and 11S and de-coupling of shared operational facilities; - Amendments to the residential unit mix, including 11 studios units to become 1-bedroom, 2-person units, and a the reconfiguration of one 2-bed, 4-person WCH unit to a 3-bed, 5-person WCH Unit, and an opposite swap resulting in no net change in such units; - Relocation of the principal residential entrance to the west elevation on Parkview Avenue; - Amendments to amenity spaces, including: creation of a double-height entrance lobby, enlargement of the residents' lounge and associated refinements to communal amenity areas; - Reduction in cycle parking provision, removal of the cycle pavilion; - Conversion of a cycle store to a retail unit and associated layout changes; - Elevational amendments, including alterations to materials, glazing, doors, balconies, canopies, louvres and rainwater goods; - Increase to roof parapet heights; - Reduction in Blue Badge parking provision; - Amendments to first-floor terrace, including: reduction in terrace depth, and removal of external canopy; - Landscaping amendments, including: enlarging nursery play area, revised courtyard landscape design, changes to biodiversity enhancements, and amendments to communal amenity areas at ground podium and roof levels; - Amendments to the surface water attenuation strategy, including revisions to the extent and location of green and blue roof areas.
