I am looking to install an EV charger at my house, however there are a few issues that need to be address. The first issue is that there is not a designated parking space on the road and it is a shared parking on the road. The second issue is on the side of the house, and where the EV charged will be installed, there is a hedge between the house and the parking spaces. I have had an electrician visit to survey the house and advise where the best place is to install the EV charger given the situation and he has advised on the side of the house, and to create somewhere of a path between the side of the house, through the hedges, to the parking spaces. I have uploaded a number of pictures to illustrate the challenges. On the first picture, with the red circle, this shows where the EV charger will be installed, and the hedges that are on the side of the house. The picture also shows the distance between the side of the house and the parking spaces. The second picture shows the hedges that are in front of the side of the house where we would like to create a pathway. Could you please advise the feasibility and possibility of creating a pathway through the hedges in order to have a path between the EV charger and my car and what are the next actions? I am keen to open a dialogue to find the best way to get an EV charger installed at my house

Looking at paving or gavelling part of the front lawn up to the gate to match the width of the dropped curb (permeable paving or gravel) Just to clarify, I am installing an EV charger just outside the sidegate (close to the electricity meter) and was hoping to create that parking area for the EV next to it to avoid stretching a very long lead across the drive and the passage to the main door ( as a matter of safety). I have atrached the title plan showing that this area is within the property boundaries.

Description of your enquiry: I would like to clad the upper floor exterior of our detached house using HardiPlank cladding with 25mm Celotex insulation panels behind in order to enhance the appearance of the house and increase the heat insulation properties. Currently the upper floor is rendered and painted, but in places the render (now approx. 30 years old) is coming away/cracking. There would be no change to the footprint of the house and no structural work required other than adding battens to the outside wall in order to support the cladding planks. Plans and supporting information: Other information: I wanted to check whether I am required to submit a planning application to add cladding to the upper floor of the outside of my home, to cover the existing render. The attached photos show the yellow render on the upper floor which we would like covered with HardiPlank cladding (a premium fiber cement cladding) with 25mm Celotex insulation sheets behind. The attached photos were taken in 2021 when the gutters, barge boards and soffits were replaced. Please let me know if you require any further information.

My daughter has autism and masks heavily at school. A lot of her frustrations are felt at home. Sienna masks heavily at school and needs a safe space to regulate. When we bought the house we did so on the provison we could convert the garage to a sensory room. The developer agreed to this before the purchase but the surveyer said we need to check if an article 4 direction has been used to remove permitted development rights. If there is anyway anyone could get back to me as soon as possible as we are very much in urgent need of this and were hoping this would be completed before the summer holidays as the building works would be dangerous around Sienna so it needs to be done whilst she was at school. We didnt realise we would need to do this part. My husband did send an email on Monday but didnt explain it properly. Our drive can also fir 3 cars on as we have done many times.
