Further to the previous planning approval under reference 00/00112/FP for the two-storey side extension at 75 Wheatlands, I would be grateful if you could clarify whether a proposed loft conversion would fall under Permitted Development rights. The proposed works would involve a rear dormer loft conversion, without raising the existing ridge height. Part of the proposed loft structure would extend over the existing two-storey side extension roof area. Having reviewed the original decision notice, I cannot see any conditions removing Permitted Development rights, however I would appreciate confirmation as to whether the proposed loft conversion would require a full planning application or whether it could proceed under Permitted Development / Lawful Development Certificate.

I just want to enquire if we need planning permission in to add a veranda to a shed. The shed will be used solely for storage, but we would like to add a veranda to it if possible. The shed will be under 2.5m in height, including an allowance of 110mm for the raft system and it will be placed at the back of the garden. The old shed from the photo will be removed. Please can you confirm whether we will need a planning permission for this. Thank you
