Proposal to install a new side personnel door (inward opening) and side window (fixed) into the western elevation of our detached double garage that directly fronts a public footpath and verge. I believe that this will not require planning consent and is PD, but am told that I should check in case Article 4 direction applies and i would need to apply for planning consent.
