T1 turkey oak - proposal to crown lift lower branches to 5 metres for roadside clearance. T2 silver birch tree - small silver birch tree, proposal to reduce upper crown by 1 metre from branch tips to keep tree in context with its location. T3 silver birch tree - proposal to reduce back branches overhanging church roof by 1.5 metres from branch tips, to reduce leaf fall on church roof. T4 turkey oak - proposal to reduce back canopy overhanging church roof by upto 2 metres from branch tips, to reduce leaf drop on church roof. Work as follows T1. Small Rowan front of property, light prune, 60cm from height 5 percent thin S1. Japanese spindle to remove and poison. T2. Diseased Apple tree to remove and poison (S1 and T2 are also far too close to the structure. T3. Small ailing conifer to remove to ground *Ivy hedge across bottom of garden borough down by 3 ft. T4. Medium holly tree wedged behind shed to be reshaped and brought down by approximately 3 ft to blend with the hedge. T5. Conifer too close to structure, medium size, causing obstruction, foliage leaning on house, blocking the gutter, ridiculously placed, removed to ground, worried about subsidence and the drains also. H1. Large conifer hedge spanning the left side of the property, approximately 18ft, to be brought down by 4ft, shaped and faced up both sides, maintain beauty and privacy. H2. Seperate conifer hedge left hand side front and part side around driveway, this had been damaged in the past, we are lifting all the dead upto the green foliage to create a neat and straight line hedge. End of works. HAR/CA14.

Various overgrown trees / privets causing issues with overhead telephone wires. Reduce height by approx 3ft. Also remove Holly Tree (currently there are 2) causing overhang issues with cars on Maukdeth Rd which is a narrow connecting road and frequented by pupils of nearby schools.
