Part first floor rear extension above existing single storey extension and a single storey ground floor rear extension with a flat GRP roof incorporating roof lanterns.
This silverbirch sits at the left hand side of the front of the house between us and Mr and Mrs Ashman at 77. The branches grow and overhang the pavement as well as our drive. Over time they obstruct pedestians as well as making it dangerous for us to have a clearview when trying to leave the drive in our cars. Mr and Mrs Ashman and I share the cost of any work needed and our tree surgeon usually notifies you but he has now retired. Therefore we need permission to reduce the lower branches and the crown (pollarding i think it is called). We have already had a quote from a tree surgeon, but await your approval. HAR/CA26, TPO 45W.
