Due to over dominance in their position, encroachment and sapping of the neighbours property to the NNW. Along with overshaded fire escape routes and loss of light to the front of the neighbouring dwellings. T3. London Plane. From NE to SE side of the crown that overhangs the tops of the buildings. This will leave a distance of 3m from the new pruning points to the historic pollard points. To laterally reduce the remainder of the crown on all other compass points by 2-3m back to suitable future growth points.
