Oak – Current crown spread approximately 12 metres. Reduce lateral branches on the property/house side by approximately 0.3 metres and lateral branches on the road side by approximately 0.3 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points. This would result in an approximate final crown spread of 11.4 metres and represents a minimal reduction of approximately 5% in overall crown spread. Remove epicormic growth/trunk suckers on the road side up to the crown break.

T1 on the sketch is a Cypress. It has died. The photo shows the brown colour of the foliage. It crumbles to the touch. It is now a significant fire risk. The proposal is to remove it. A replacement in the same place is not proposed - I suspect a combination of the Acer close beside it competing for water coupled with recent hot dry summers has dried it out, and a new tree would share the same fate. No work is proposed for the other trees T2, T3, T4.
Single storey extension to front elevation.
Demolition of existing rear extension. Construction of new single storey extension and limited hard landscaping works to existing garden.
Double hip to gable and rear dormer roof extensions, installation of front roof lights and chimney removal.
