The solar PV system has been installed more than four years
The solar PV system was installed by a previous owner approximately five years ago and has remained in continuous use since installation. The current owners are seeking to regularise and clarify the planning position, as the PV installation was not included within the scope of the relevant planning application relating to the property at that time. No alterations to the existing installation are proposed as part of this application.
