Due to tree works on Wootton Bridge, Wootton High Street will be closed from 19:30 on Monday 5th October until 06:00 on Tuesday 6th October. Route 9 buses will divert from Staplers Road along Long Lane, over the downs to Brading and Ryde Interchange. Route 4 will not operate during the closure. A shuttle bus will operate a half hour service between Ryde Interchange and Fisbourne Lane leaving Ryde at 19.09 and running half hourly until 00:39. A shuttle bus will operate between Newport and Wootton Cedars on a 30 minute service, leaving Newport at 19:10 (via Staplers) and 19:40 (via Medina) until 00:10. Stops between Lushington Hill and Fishbourne Lane will not be served during the closure.

Menlove Avenue/Woolton Road/Allerton Road junction will be closed from Monday 5 October 2026 for approximately 5 nights, between 1930 and 0600 each night.

Service 76 • From Liverpool will be as normal route to Menlove Avenue, then via Cromptons Lane, Woolton Road, Rose Brow, Acrefield Road, Woolton Street, Speke Road, then as normal route to Halewood. (Omits a section of Menlove Avenue and Allerton Road). Alternative bus stop: Menlove Avenue, near Green Lane and Speke Road, near Watergate Lane. • From Halewood will be as normal route to Speke Road, then continue via Woolton Street, Acrefield Road, Rose Brow, Woolton Road, Cromptons Lane, Menlove Avenue, then as normal route to Liverpool. (Omits Allerton Road, and a section of Menlove Avenue). Alternative bus stop: Manor Road, near Speke Road and Beech Lane, near Cromptons Lane.

Overnight roade closures in Redruth

Due to the overnight closure of West End, Penryn Street and Station Hill for Cormac resurfacing works, there will be diversions affecting Redruth services after 19:00 each evening Thursday 1st October, Monday 5th October through to Wednesday 7th October. Between these times all departures in both directions on services 14, 18, 33, 34, 40, 40A, 48, 49 will depart from outside Redruth Railway Station on the downhill stop. Service 14, 18, 33 will be unable to serve stops on South Park, Penventon Terrace, Penventon Hotel. Buses will divert via the A3047 between Redruth Station and Barncoose Roundabout in both directions. Service 48, 49 will be unable to serve Health Clinic, Tesco, Plain-an-gwarry, Ambulance Station, Harmony Close, or Montague Avenue. Buses will divert via East End and the A3047 between Redruth Station and Avers Roundabout.

Due to the road being closed between Dawlish and Teignmouth from Monday 5th to Tuesday 6th October evening only, buses will not be able to serve stops between The Green and Teignmouth Town Centre in both directions. The last journeys through will be the 1740 from Exeter and 1750 from Newton Abbot. The last service 11 will not be able to get through.

No buses after 1900 between Dawlish and Teignmouth

Upper Parliament Street / St James Junction will be closed on the following evening from 1900 until 0300 the next morning; Wednesday 30 September; Thursday 1 October; Monday 5 October; Tuesday 6 October; Wednesday 7 October; Thursday 8 October; Monday 12 October and Tuesday 13 October.

Service 27 will operate as normal from Liverpool ONE Bus Station then via Hanover Street, Duke Street, Upper Duke Street, Canning Street, Catharine Street, Princes Road to Princes Avenue and resume normal route to Liverpool ONE Bus Station (omitting Liver Street, Park Lane, St James Street, Great George Street, St James Place, Park Place and Upper Warwick Street). Alternative stops Liverpool ONE Bus Station; and Princess Avenue, near Beaconsfield Street.

Mount Road, between Bedford Drive and Bebington Road, will be closed from Monday 21 September 2026 for approximately 15 nights, between 7.00pm and midnight each night (not including weekends).

Service 487 • From Liverpool will be as normal route to Church Road, then via Well Lane, Old Chester Road, Bedford Avenue, Bedford Drive, The Wiend, then as normal route to Little Neston. (Omits a section of Church Road and Mount Road). Alternative bus stop: Church Road, opposite Dial Road and The Wiend, near Borough Road. • From Little Neston will be as normal route to The Wiend, then via Bedford Drive, Bedford Avenue, Old Chester Road, Well Lane, Church Road, then as normal route to Liverpool. (Omits Mount Road and a section of Church Road). Alternative bus stop: The Wiend, near Borough Road and Church Road, near Dial Road.

Roby Road will be closed, between Roby Road roundabout and Court Hey Road, from Monday 5 October 2026 for approximately 3 nights, between 1900 and 0500 each night.

Service 3A From Huyton Industrial Estate will travel as normal to Archway Road, then via Rupert Road, Western Avenue, Page Moss Lane, Pilch Lane, Brookside Avenue, Thomas Lane, Bowring Park Road to Chelwood Avenue, then as normal route to Liverpool John Lennon Airport (omitting a section of Archway Road, Roby Road and a section of Bowring Park Road). This service will call at the stops at Huyton Interchange, Archway Road, Stop N; and Chelwood Avenue, near Inchcape Road. From Liverpool John Lennon Airport will travel as normal to Chelwood Avenue, then via Bowring Park Road, Thomas Lane, Brookside Avenue, Pilch Lane, Page Moss Lane, Western Avenue, Rupert Road, Archway Road to Poplar Bank, then as normal route to Huyton Industrial Estate (omitting a section of Bowring Park Road, Roby Road and a section of Archway Road). This service will call at the stops on Chelwood Avenue, near Glenconner Road; and Huyton Bus Station, Stand 4.

From 1900 Monday 05 October Until 0500 Saturday 10 October 2026 (1900 Until 0500 Each Night For 5 Nights) High Street is temporarily closed due to carriageway resurfacing works. Services 30, 30A are subject to diversion.

Services 30, 30A to divert via West Street, Sothall Green in both directions. Services 30, 30A are unable to serve High Street or Queens Road at this time. Please Note: Works may take place at any point during the dates and times stated above.

Due to works taking place on Manchester Road, services are on diversion.

Towards Bury, services are operating as normal to Radcliffe Interchange before diverting via Pilkington Way, Bolton Road, Ainsworth Road, Bolton Street and Jubilee Way. Towards Bolton, services are diverting via Jubilee Way, Bolton Street, Bolton Road, Higher Ainsworth Road and Water Street to Radcliffe Interchange.

Due to roadworks on Oldham Road/Manchester Road, bus services are on diversion.

Services are diverting via Broadway and Holinwood Avenue in both directions.

Leeds Inner Ring Road is closed due to bridge inspection works from Monday 5 October to Friday 9 October between 1900-0600.

Bradford Road is affected by resurfacing works from Monday 5 October to Friday 13 November between 1900 - 0600 each night.
