FLAT 3, 102 MANOR WAY, BLACKHEATH, LONDON, SE3 9AN
Tree works
What is being proposed?
Common Yew (T1) ? Tree located within the garden of 102 Manor Way adjacent to the shared boundary with the adjoining property. Proposed works: Prune back the lateral branches overhanging the shared boundary into the adjoining property, cutting back to suitable growth points at or as close as reasonably practicable to the boundary. The works are intended to reduce the significant encroachment into the adjoining property and provide appropriate clearance from the adjoining building and access area. Works are limited to the overhanging side of the tree and will be undertaken in accordance with good arboricultural practice while retaining the overall natural form and health of the tree.
