and existing facilities to allow the wording of Conditions 2 and 11 to be varied in order to substitute approved drawings relating to internal works to the Listed Building including relocation of the kitchen extract exhaust duct and installation of discharge stack within the roof valley finished in black; omission of proposed new tongue and groove softwood wall panelling at second floor level; omission of proposed new coving; change to the dry lining manufacturer, from British Gypsum to Siniat; change to brick faced lintol manufacturer from Lambs bricks to Bulmer Gauged Red Rubber Material; change of new double glazing specification; reduction in the scope of intervention to the northern light well; change to the steelwork within the stables building; changes to the depth of balcony and position of stairs to Apartments M09 and M10 within the stables; change to the facing brickwork for newly constructed retaining and garden walls from Heritage Red Blend Brick to The Bespoke Brick Company Shire Engobed Wirecut Red Orange Multi Tonal English Bond; change to coping material from Natural Stone to Pre-cast Concrete; change of the paving specification in the areas immediately surrounding the Mansion House from Indian Sandstone to Natural Concrete Block Paving; change to the tarmac colour from buff to black in the area to the north of the stables; and change to new kerb specifications throughout the development from Conservation X Kerb Silver grey to British Standard Kerb (pre-cast concrete).
