Tree worksApproved

24 Wood Lane, Hornsey, London, N6 5UB

Five Day Notice. T1 Silver Birch tree located at the front of the property: remove. The tree has suffered severe structural failure and poses an imminent danger to life and property. As professional arborists, we have assessed the tree and found the following critical defects: * A heavy structural lean at a 45-degree angle directed entirely towards the client's house, driveway, and garage. * A severe, through-and-through split at the base of the trunk, extending approximately 2 feet upwards. You can see completely through the stem. * The canopy is in a state of rapid decline, and the tree is actively creaking in the wind, indicating that catastrophic failure is imminent. The immediate target areas if this tree fails are the house, driveway, and garage.

Tree worksAwaiting decision

5 Talbot Road, Hornsey, London, N6 4QS

The proposed works relate to the mature London Plane tree located in the rear garden. There is currently some deadwood within the lower canopy, and small branches have been falling into the garden, creating a potential safety concern. The proposed works are intentionally limited and precautionary. We are not proposing any crown reduction, topping or removal of established structural limbs The works will consist only of removing clearly dead or unsafe minor branches where necessary and removing epicormic growth from the lower part of the tree and main stems The overall height, spread, shape and main crown of the tree will remain unchanged All significant healthy branches and the upper canopy will be retained The intention is simply to improve safety and manage the lower growth while preserving the character, health and appearance of this mature London Plane All works will be undertaken carefully by a professional tree surgeon and in accordance with appropriate arboricultural practice
