Can I download the iPhone app yet?
Is Place Keys an app to sell stuff for free?
Place Keys Marketplace is free to list on. You can create a for-sale listing, offer an item for free or post a wanted request. Add photos, a description and your collection area. You need an account, and marketplace rules and review apply.
Can I use Place Keys as a local community app?
Yes. Local Hub brings together Marketplace, Noticeboard and Nearby. You can also use local tools such as planning searches, fuel prices and bin reminders. Nearby and Noticeboard currently have limited member access; information and services vary by area.
Do I need another account?
No. Use the same Place Keys account for the app and website. Your shared saved places and account details stay together.
Will bin reminders work where I live?
Bin reminders depend on council collection schedules being available for your address. Check bin collection days for your area to see what is supported.
How is my information used?
Our privacy policy covers the website and app, including saved areas, permissions, photos, alerts and deleting your account. Read our cookies and storage policy for more about device storage.
