Fell of Broadleaf Privet tree in front garden. The roots are breaking into the drainage and are also causing the manhole on their land to collapse and also the roots are encroaching on the neighbouring property causing paving to crack and lift.

As Per report T3 is a group consisting of 2 maples located in the boundary of Tudor lodge health centre (please see map) The trees are encroaching on the carpark area which in turn is causing parking issues.
